Pre-Competitive/Entry to Competitive

Novice  3: for swimmers 6-8 years old, practice 2x per week. Needs to be able to complete 50 meters without help of a proper stroke.

(Coaches can be out of the water coaching this group safely).

All of these swimmers should be at the FUNdamental stage edging towards the Learn to Train LTAD stage.
