Photo consent policy

The Wind will take photos and videos of athletes for the purposes of technical development and marketing. We will use team photos on our website and occasionally send them in along with articles to be published in the newspaper. Unless we are told otherwise, we will assume that you/your swimmer provides photo and video consent for the remainder of the current season. Each new season a new photo consent agreement will be made upon registration and previous agreements become null. 

By saying "Yes" in the required phrase box, you are saying "yes" to reviewing the above information and are taking on the responsibility of reaching out to the WIND email address if you do not provide consent. If you do provide consent you do not need to email as it is assumed.
