Training Sessions, Schedules & Groups

As a club we would like to honour the other activities that our memberss are passionate about and committed to.

Thus, our members can choose to either sign up for "Sessions" or the full "Season" so that they can train in a way that fits them best.

There are three "Sessions" throughout the 2025-2026 season that members can register for:

Session 1 - FALL: September 15-December 19, 2025 (14 weeks)

Session 2 - WINTER: January 5 - May 1, 2026 (15 weeks)

Session 3 - SUMMER: May 4 -August 14, 2026 (14 weeks)

OR members can register for the
Full Season : September 15 - August 14 (43 weeks)

Fees

The weekly training cost for all groups is determined by how many days of the week swimmers train.

1x per week is $12.60 (weekly cost)
2x per week is $25.20
3x per week is $37.50

4x per week is $50.40
5x per week is $63.00
6x per week is $75.60

Depending on the registration type (session or season) these rates are multiplied by the number of weeks (14 vs 43).

Upon registration, swimmers are also charged one time (seasonal) PSO fees - $25 Team Fee, and $___SwimBC Insurance fee (amount is dependent on their group and age).

The Club also charges a $100 fundraising fee per session.
The Club will offer at least one option/event for fundraising per session and if swimmers/families fundraise a minimum of $100 then the family will not be charged that fee. If swimmers register for the entire season, the fee lessens by $50. All families with more than 2 swimmers registered will be capped at the 2nd swimmer and will not be charged further fundraising fees after the 2nd.
